Terms and Conditions of FilmPartner

1. These terms of use determine how to use the service under the name www.filmpartner.gr (hereinafter also referred to as "the Website") provided by the company, whose business profile is presented below (hereinafter also referred to as "the Enterprise"):

D) As Production Companies.
Registration details: Business name, First Name, Last Name, City /region, Country, Contact Information, Mobile Phone, Landline, Contact, Business Website, YouTube Videos. Company logo, e-mail. 

It is noted that the data entry forms are filled in only by the person himself/herself, who wishes to register him/her (he/she or the business he/she represents) in the www.filmpartner.gr and it is expressly forbidden for a third person to enter his/her data by a third party, after or without consideration.

3. Through the www.filmpartner.gr its registered users (and only to them) are given the opportunity to search for other registered users (Candidate Members of Production Crews, Supply Companies, Prospective Extras, Production Companies) from the Company's database, using keywords (or other categories of registration data) and to gain access to their registration data, as referred to in paragraph 2.

4. The purpose of the Website is to present the professional profile of businesses and professionals of the film and television industry, as well as potential suppliers of businesses in the sector, among themselves, for the creation of a professional community, in order to facilitate the realization of professional collaborations between its members (registered users) and/or with third parties (non-registered users). In this context, registered users are responsible for accessing and using the Website only to serve the purpose of the Website and are obliged to use it for legitimate purposes and in accordance with morality. It is expressly agreed that registered or non-registered users are prohibited from using technical means to access the database of the website. In particular, the use of software for the automated extraction of data for personal or professional use is not allowed. However, the Company has the right to provide access to third parties (non-registered users) to the database of the website, for the purpose of professional employment of registered users by non-registered users (production companies and their representatives).

5. The website www.filmpartner.gr is owned by the Company, while the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016 / 679 - GDPR) applies to it. The Website and its content, which appears to registered or unregistered users, is intended for strictly personal use and is protected by intellectual property rights and trademark laws of Greek and European Legislation. The appearance of the content on the Website does not constitute a transfer or assignment of its license. Any copying, reproduction, presentation, adaptation, modification, publication, transfer, processing, resale, distribution of the content of the Website in any way, in whole or in part, whether the content belongs to the Enterprise or to a third party, is prohibited. It is also forbidden to modify and / or delete the intellectual property rights, trademarks that may appear on the Website. FilmPartner makes every effort to ensure that the content and information displayed each time on the website is as accurate and true as possible, but bears no responsibility for their reliability, completeness or timeliness and is not responsible to registered users or third parties for any damage due to their incorrect or inaccurate nature. 

6. FilmPartner provides the content of the Website (e.g. information, names - addresses, photographs, illustrations, logos) on the basis of "as is" and "as available" and without any kind of representation, approval or written guarantee, formulated or assumed, in lieu of the guarantees of satisfactory quality, suitability, inviolability of compatibility, security and accuracy. In no case shall the Company be liable for any legal or civil and/ or criminal claims nor for any damage (positive, special or consequential, which indicatively and not restrictively, disjunctively and / or cumulatively consists of loss of profits, data, lost profits, pecuniary satisfaction, etc.) by visitors of the website or third parties due to a cause related to the operation or not and / or the use of the website and / or inability to provide services and/or information made available by him/or by any unauthorized third-party interventions in products and/or services and/or information available through him/her.

7. The users of the Website are responsible for the correct registration of their own data and information and the Company is not responsible for the availability, integrity, validity, completeness of the information. Registered users of the Website understand and accept that they retain the sole responsibility to indemnify the Enterprise and its partners for any legal dispute that may arise between it (the Company) and third parties, due to the content they have made available for posting or publication on the Website.

8. FilmPartner makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning of its Website. The Company cannot guarantee that the www.filmpartner.gr will be available at any time without interruptions, and that it will operate without errors and disruptions. Due to technical conditions, which are not affected by the Company, interruptions may occur, especially in case of unavailability of the internet or the website, as well as a temporary interruption of the service. This also applies in the case of maintenance and updating measures. The user declares that he is in agreement with such measures, which as far as possible are carried out outside the normal working hours. Such temporary unavailability of the service shall not constitute a defect. The Company is not liable for any form of damage suffered by the sound due to the use and / or non-availability of the use of the service, the information of this website and / or any errors or omissions. Moreover, the Company always reserves the right to discontinue its services and / or its operation, whenever it considers it appropriate, without this action causing any claims to its registered users.

9. The use of the Website must be made exclusively for legitimate purposes and in a way that does not restrict or prevent its use by third parties. The user is obliged to use the Website in accordance with the law, morality and these terms and not to proceed to acts or omissions that may cause damage or malfunction to him, affect or endanger the provision of the services of the www.filmpartner.gr.

The users of the Website may communicate with the Company through the telephone numbers provided by the www.filmpartner.gr or by sending an e-mail to the Company's e-mail address (info@filmpartner.gr), for any information related to the use of the data of their listing. However, for the management of these data, the user himself retains the ability and responsibility of correcting, adding, removing, or deleting them in total. In any case, the company always reserves the right to approve or reject, delete and / or exclude from the Website the details of any user, for whom it considers that it is not in accordance with the purpose of the Website, morality and the culture of the Enterprise or considers that it has violated the letter and spirit of these terms of use.

In the event that a user / member asks the technical managers of FilmPartner to address any problem in relation to the services provided (e.g. access problem, problem with e-mail, etc.), then the person responsible for dealing with the problem may have access to the full range of information about the user's request (messages,  connections etc). The responsible administrator is bound by this privacy statement.

12. The Company (itself and / or in cooperation with third-party companies specialized for this purpose) collects information about the movement of this website, in order to count visitors, extract statistics and improve its functionality, indicatively through the use of cookies, web beacons, etc. During any visit to the Website, the pages that the user visits, along with the cookies they may contain, may be "loaded" on the user's computer. Cookies are text-files through which the server recognizes the computer of the visitor of the website. These cookies are stored on the user's computer only to achieve the performance or facilitation of the transmission of communication through the electronic communications network, or when this is necessary for the provision of a service, which the user has requested. The user of the Website may configure his browser in such a way that he either warns him about the use of cookies in specific services of the Website, or does not allow the acceptance of the use of cookies in any case.

The Company bears no responsibility for the content of the pages to which it maintains links, nor is it responsible for the security policy of other nodes, as well as for the management of their electronic visitors.

14. The Enterprise is not responsible for any personal data that appear on other websites, through portals and search engines.

15. The Enterprise is not responsible for any direct or indirect, positive or consequential damage to the users/members of its Website, which is due to illegal acts of third parties (e.g. eavesdropping or decryption of codes and data), to the dissemination of viruses or other similar data (e.g. worms, trojan horses) during the use of the website, or the downloading of elements of its content or to problems that may occur during the use of computers. (e.g. data loss, etc.).

16. FilmPartner has no responsibility for the user/member's communication with the third party service providers advertised on FilmPartner and for any commercial transaction that may arise from the relationship between them.

17. The Enterprise has the right to modify, supplement and remove any element and / or information included in its Website, as well as without any notice.

18. FilmPartner reserves the right to change any of these terms with a relevant announcement on the website and / or after informing by e-mail the registered users of the website.

19. The use of the service presupposes the unconditional acceptance of these terms of use.

20. These terms of use are governed by Greek Law. In the event of the resolution of a dispute arising in relation to these terms, the Greek Courts shall be competent.
